|It is with this in mind that we have created perhaps the most liberal return policy in the industry:
You have 14 days to return the product from the date of receipt.
Exchanges of flawed, incorrect, or shipping damaged product are handled fast, to get you riding again.
Parts may only be returned prior to installation (or attempted installation), and must be returned in their original
condition (they may not be altered, or damaged in any way) and packaging.
Special order items (basically any item that is custom produced for you) may in certain cases, either have a
restocking fee imposed, or not be returned. The discretion is ours to decide the eligibility of special order items
for a refund.
Furthermore, we are sensible, logical, reasonable people who understand that flexibility is key, so if your
situation is a bit unusual, just contact us and I'm sure we can make everything right.
